Incorporate a Red "High Importance" Flag in an Email ?

This might be a newbie question, but here it goes anyway. 

Can I configure operational emails to incorporate a red high importance flag?  There are certain operational emails that require immediate responses from our team.  If so, how can it be done.

HI Ron,

There is no way to say "High importance" with a flag like you would do with an Outlook email.  I would suggest that you put something in RED at the top of the email to catch people's attention.
