Include "Communication Limit Skips" in Email Performance Report

It would be great if there was a built-in metric to the reports that would indicate the number of those who would have been sent a given email but were skipped because they had already reached the limit of their communications for the day/week. This would allow us to more easily monitor and adjust our communication limits based on the trends we were seeing.

In connection to this, a pre-send "warning" with this number would be awesome.
