Inactive Leads: Reactivation campaign

Hi All,

My main problem is I have a bunch of leads on Marketo who have been inactive for quite some time. I am currently trying to clean our database and was wondering if I should go down the email reactivation route.

Any ideas or suggestion on how this can be achieved??
