In New Programs, where it says choose your email and has a drop down I am unable to see any of my emails. Am I doing something wrong?

I am attempting to create a new program. I am clicking the drop down for email but none of my emails are showing up, it's only letting me create a new email. How do I select an existing email? I am in Chrome.

Hi Adena,

In email programs, the email that you're using must be local to the program. If you already have an email, you can clone it into that program, but it needs to be a local asset.

If it's an email program, the email needs to be within the program.

This also might be a browser issue. Try testing this in Firefox.
