"Importing with 1 other lists in your subscription"

I am uploading a small list (25 people on it) to Marketo and typically it takes 2 minutes to upload or less. Right now, the import dialog box in the top right corner says "importing with 1 other lists in your subscription", and it's been loading for over 20 minutes. This has never happened before. I only tried to upload 1 list, so I have no idea why this isn't working. 

Any advice/help is appreciated!

Please click on view status on the dialog box on the top right and cancel the current import and try importing the leads again, it should work.

I already tried that a few times and it didn't work. Any other suggestions?
