Importing of Leads

Is there a way to set rules up when importing leads into Marketo that will auto fill fields based on the email domain or company name.  We would like for new leads coming in to be an auto mode instead of manual through excel.  Any thoughts?

Not sure about an easy way to do that via Excel, but have you considered using smart campaigns and tokens to do this?
