Importing Net New Leads that Email our Help Email Address

Hi,

We often have new leads email our support email address that are not in our Marketo database. It's a gmail address. Is there a way to forward new leads that email us to Marketo?

Any suggestions are welcome!

yes, put them in a spreadsheet and import them.

BUT, be sure you setup their privacy subscriptions correctly.

Is there an automated option you know of? Hoping to avoid manual imports.
