Is there something i can do to avoid the sync causing this issue? Thx.

Salesforce could not create the lead below because your organization has reached its daily Web-to-Lead limit.
We will store this and any additional incoming Web-to-Lead requests in a pending request queue; these requests will be submitted when your daily limit refreshes.

To increase your daily Web-to-Lead limit, contact Customer Support.

For more information on Web-to-Lead limits, see "How many leads can we capture from our website?" in the Salesforce online help.

Reason: The daily limit on the number of leadshas been reached.

What forms are you using Web2Lead on?

Probably all of them, but this occurred when I did an import of leads/contacts for under Group Lists.
Thx for chiming in, Sanford!

The import procedure should not have used Web2Lead at all.  Perhaps you have a Flow step that is calling the Web2Lead endpoint for some reason?
