Importing 3rd Party List Into Members

We are importing a 3rd party "member list" of attendees and registrants (from a webinar) into our Marketo database.  Is there a way to catagorize them automatically as 'attended', 'registered', 'trial request' instead of manually changing them?

We use a field called SFDC Member Status and align that with the status we want in Marketo. Using a batch campaign we use "change program status" filter and use choices. So Choice one would be If SFDC Member Status us "Attended" Program (PROGRAM NAME) New Status is Attended. You do this for all the choices you have.
