Import list not working

Hi Friends!

I am having some issues with importing leads into a list in Marketo. When I try to upload leads, the upload does not seem to go through. It gets stuck on step 1 for 20+ then eventually stops working. I tried both CSV and TXT files, and none seem to be working. I need help!

Please move this discussion to Products​ as Community Help and Feedback​ is specifically for questions regarding this community portal itself.

If you've tried a few times now with uploading the CSV and the wizard does not launch, I would open a support case.
