Hi,

After created a new list, I imported a list. For some reason, the column "ID" starts from Number "12". I'm wondering why this happened? How can the ID start from No.1?

Thanks!

Becky

The ID is just a system generated key to uniquely identify the lead in Marketo's database, it will keep incrementing as leads are added, but it shouldn't matter what the lead's ID is really. What are you trying to do?

The ID # is a unique number for each lead. Lead 12 is the 12th lead in your system overall. So the number has nothing to do with the # of leads in a list.

Thanks for the reply!
I just start using Marketo. Not sure what  the first 11 leads are. Do you know where I can have a overview of all the leads in my Marketo database? Then I could manage the database?

Thanks!

It's possible that these were test records that have since been deleted -- maybe created and deleted in training?
