Images Uploaded to Design Studio aren't Available

Hey Nation!

I've got a very frustrating issue going on that hopefully you can help with. Whenever I upload a new image to my design studio, the upload goes fine, the image shows up in the folder (as a thumbnail), however when I try to preview it, nothing shows up. Then if I try to use that image in an email, it only shows the text of the image link, not the image itself.

Is there a delay from when you upload an image to when it can be used?

Hi @Brett Carpenter​,

Is there any spaces in your image names? If you have spaces in the name the image will not load. use - between the words if you want to have a seperation for better readability.

    No spaces. I'm using hyphens and underscores. Ex: data.zaloni.com/rs/626-TFJ-400/images/CTA-Contact_Us-728x90.png

    The frustrating this is that link works. I just can't add it from design studio into an email.

    ahh, so you can't find it in the image popup in the email editor?

    Have you uploaded the image into the same workspace as the email that you are creating?

    Can you view the section in html view and just paste in the image link "data.zaloni.com/rs/626-TFJ-400/images/CTA-Contact_Us-728x90.png"

        I'm also showing a similar issue, but only with certain images (small .PNGs, in this case)--the preview of the images do not show up in the Design Studio, and the images show up as broken in the Editor 2.0 and Preview Mode. When I send a test email to myself, the PNG images show up fine, but then clicking over to view the email in my browser, those images seem to disappear completely.

        Any idea on what is causing this?

        Just an FYI - I was able to make Design Studio images appear in the editor by adding an 's' to the end of http.

        Hi there. I'm having a similar issue. I upload the image in the Design Studio. It works totally fine. 

        But when I'm editing an email the image is not listed as a choice when I click the radio button to insert it from the Design Studio. It just isn't there. I've checked all of the folders and I can't find it. 

        So I have had to go back to design studio, copy the URL of the image and then put that in the email editor. Any ideas?
