Images in email rendering with white lines through them

I am working on an email that has a number of images in the footer file.  I am having trouble with the image rendering with a white line thourgh it in Chrome and also having the same type of issue (slightly different look to the issue in iOS.  Has anyone experienced this and what can I do to fix it?  The html is fine as it renders perfectly everywhere else.

I've seen this issue as well, but it seems to go away after finishing the page load.  Are you basing this on an email screenshot capture?  If so, I'd test yourself in the same combination and see if it occurs.

Thanks Steven.  I am actually basing this on a test email.  The images load and there is a weird white line through the footer in Chrome and two very faint white lines in iOS which coincide with where the images meet.  The emails all look great in Litmus so that makes me a bit nervous also.  Hmmmm.......
