Image alignment in new email editor

It seems impossible to align an image to the center in the new email editor. Each time I do I have to have my  colleague fluent in code to go into the HTML because he needs to get rid of the table tags around the image. He then has to surround the image with paragraph tag. This is super inconvenient. Any one else having this problem?

Jeannine,

There shouldn't be table tags unless you have added them yourself into the email. In a default, blank email, your text won't be surrounded by anything at all. If I add an image inside I can just highlight it and select "align -> center" and it centers the image.

I had the same issue but I use a token to fix it, its not the best solution but if works I just going to keep using it.
