Ignore Unsubscribe Setting is STUCK!

I cloned an email that previously was set as "Ignore Unsubscribe Settings". I have since been able to edit the email and I have even gone into "Edit Settings" and unclicked the "Operational email (Bypass Unsubscribe/Marketing Suspended)" button, but it will not change! I have saved the settings, logged out, and nothing has changed. Is there a step I am missing?

Hi Meredith, have you re-approved the email and then checked? That's something simple you can try.

Did this get resolved?  It might also be an cloud access issue, similar to a landing page not saving changes
