If you create a new field in Marketo how can you force it to create the field in Dynamics?

Is there any easy way to have Marketo create fields in CRM that are unique to Marketo?

If the integration with Dynamics is like the integration with SFDC, you can't get a field you create in Marketo to add a field in Dynamics.  You have to add the field to Dynamics first and make it visible to the Marketo Synch user.  However, I think Marketo may be able to do this for you after the fact,and you'll need to submit a case to tech support for this.
