If I move an image to a different folder, will it mess anything up?

I just want to tidy up our images and folders - but worried if I move an image's location (from one folder to another), it might mess things up elsewhere, if that image is being used?

no effect on your assets. if you look at the image real URL, it is not folder dependent.
