Identifying Prospects From Landing Page Forms

Hi we just about to start using Marketo, my question is in relation to forms, we have created a global form to be used on different product landing pages.
My question is how can i identify different users coming from different campaigns? So campaign landing page A has form. and Campaign landing page B has a form. How do i differentiate between the leads which have come from the campaigns?
If in a years time i want to re-target people using the smart list - how can identify leads from campaign A vs campaign B.
