Question

Identify email system clicks

We score leads that have multiple clicks in an email and it appears that some email systems will click on every link in an email before it gets delivered (there will be around 15-20 "clicks link in email" scores) that can artificially inflate a user's score. Any way to get Marketo to identify these and bypass the scoring? For example, if a single email gets more than 15 clicks then don't score it? The minimum number of times filter appears to apply to all emails, not just a single email.

You may have to post this as an Idea. I don't think there's a way for the filter to distinguish between human and robot clicks right now.
