Ideas for posting lead alerts to Chatter

Has anyone using Marketo with SFDC come up with a creative way to post lead updates to Chatter in Salesforce.com.  For example:

- Interesting Moments (obviously get our SF Admin to enable that field for Chatter)
- Stale lead alerts
- New MQLs, etc.

I am not aware of any examples, but I took a quick look at the Chatter API docs. It should be possible to send a lead notification via a Marketo webhook to the Chatter REST API.

If I can get it working, I'll write a post on the Marketo Developers Blog with set-up instructions. I set up something similar before with Slack.

SFDC has deployed some new features in the last few releases to do with Flow. But I know you can do a chatter post using Visual Workflow - see this SFDC help article - https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=vpm_designer_elements_action_feed.htm&language=en_US

We have yet to test doing it this way, our previous way of doing chatter posts (mainly Web Enquiry alerts on owned records) was all done via code.

that's just another couple of alternatives for you.
