ICS file not working

I created the ICS token and connected that to a specific area in my message and it is not doing anything when I click it. what am I doing wrong?

Did you run a test email or a live test? I suspect you are looking at the preview.

Did you try embedding the token into a URL? (It doesn't work if you do that).

I just figured that out. I did use a live test and I did try to embed the token in the url. I will replase the link with the token and problem solved.
