I don't see Learning Folder - how do I get this ?

I wanted to look at new customer engagement but don't see Learning Folder

You may be referring to the Engagement Programs deep dive folder that has links to numerous help articles.

hi thanks - I meant  to say Learning TAB in the Mkto app itself - see screen shot here --scroll down a bit --  https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L7cYCAS.  Do you happen to know is this an update/upgrade we have to buy or..?

Hi Gail, that folder is just a sample folder that happened to be in the isntance of Marketo that they were screenshotting. Your engagement program won't automatically come with a learning folder.

That being said, I definitely recommend the Engagement Program deep dive section as Elliot did. There's also this YouTube video from Marketo that's only 5 minutes but power-packed.
