I can't get through via phone or chat

I can't get through to anyone on the phone (my phone number is not recognized) or chat.  Even though I enter the correct information I get this error message.

I'd like to chat...

Hi Jamie,

I have created and escalated a support ticket documenting your issue. Unfortunately, at this time we are still dealing with an influx of cases due to the DNS issue, but our support team will get to it as quickly as they can.

Hi Jamie,

Please email me at jchappell@marketo.com and provide your phone number. Once I add it to our system, you should be able to call in via the phone. We currently have no phone number listed for you, so our system does not recognize you. Also, please try Chat again - I have made some adjustments to your user record so you should now have access.
