HyperX Media, Wordpress and Prefill Not Working

Does anybody have experience using the HyperX Media Ultimate Marketo Forms plugin with Wordpress? Forms are not embedded but rather we're just using formid in WP.

Forms are properly being prefilled on Marketo landing pages if that helps.
