HTML link next to check box on Forms 2.0

I'm sure some on has solved this but I can't find anything of weight in our community.
I thought I was close with this older discussion but I can't get it to work.

I'm trying to have a text link next to my check box in Forms 2.0 so user can read T&Cs before submitting.
I'm sure someone has solved this using fancy JQuery but I don't have this resourse.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you're using Forms 2.0 you can add a rich text section and drag it next to the check box field.

In the example I provided, we just erased the field name to display and placed the rich text right next to the check box.
