Hi everybody, I need to provide an HTML email to Sales for them to forward to customers. If I simply "create HTML email" in Marketo, then I'll get an email with none of the tokens (including the address, phone number etc.,) replaced by meaningful text. We used to have a tool for that but we lost it a while ago. Can someone recommend an inexpensive solution?

I found this discussion but I think this is somewhat different than what I need (or maybe I am confused): Send Marketo HTML email for Others to Send Using Their Email System.

Can someone please send me either a pointer to a tool that can create an HTML email, or step-by-step instructions? Thank you!

This seems like a great opportunity for the Forward to Friend feature, since you have a captive audience (salespeople) who you know will use it.

(Typically, getting end users to adopt F2F is hard since they can just click the Forward button in their mail client, but here the end user wants the F2F experience.)
