HTML and Text Missing when I go into email to edit

I have an email that I am trying to edit. When I click in to edit the HTML section and Text section are both blank and I am unable to edit the email. Help!

Hi Erin,

Have you upgraded from email 1.0 to 2.0?

Has someone made some changes to the template (and in the process changed ID or types of Marketo elements)?

These are typically the 2 reasons for this type of issues.
