HTML anchors in emails

Does marketo track every "anchor" included in a landing page ?  I have an email blast with embedded landing page as a click here link. Inside the landing page I have few links with multiple anchors. I would like to see which anchor was selected and be able to differentiate the "clicks" and track the email campaign to anchor level. Is it possible ?

I havent't tested it, but don't think this could work.

Anchors don't reference anything outside of the email client. However, Marketo link tracking is based on using tracking links that forward the viewer to a destination outside of the email client.

Have you tested this, and viewed the Email Link Performance Report afterwards?

You may have to structure your email such that your links all point to external destinations.
