How would I add code to a Marketo Landing Page URL to track visitor

I am hosting a blog post on an external, third party site. In my post, I will obviously link back to my website...so my question is:

Can I add tracking code to my landing page URL to track the visitors/traffic that visit my site as a result of the blog link.

We capture this automatically, it is in the refferer of the Visit Web Page activity.

Thanks, this is the first I've seen or heard about this.

So the HTTP Referer will show me the page a lead has come from?

Is a HTTP Referer like this indicate an e-mail link? http://info.synthesio.com/Z0J0tXf00A70a080C20000z1190t0

Yes, it shows the prior page, and yes, that looks like an email link to me.
