While everyone talks about the engagement module, we've been anxiously awaitiing to implement multiple revenue cycle models.

Here are the ideas we have so far:
  • Different models for each product: understand how product determines the velocity of your lead lifecycle. Especially useful when products have significantly different pricing structures as this will impact the complexity
  • Parent model: aggregate stages together, so one model will show 12 stages and another can show four stage categories
How do you plan to use multiple Revenue Models?

We are using a global model, then have a multiple model broken down to:
  • Business Unit
  • Product family/Solution
  • Region

We're having a hard time wrapping our head around how to work with multiple models.  We would love to see how you've set up your global model and the models you have broken down by product family.  Any example you could share would be helpful!
