Very well! Over 90% of our qualified leads are accepted by sales. Top tip: check in regularly with sales for feedback, and continually run data analysis on disqualified leads.

Not super well - we have scoring turned on for things, but are still working with sales on establishing thresholds.  It's new for our organization - our sales team used to do their own marketing individually.  So far, we've successfully proven we can track and provide leads and are on our way to turning things around and creating a true funnel.  For anyone else who is in a similar situation, I suggest starting with a single campaign - a webinar or web content ... track the acquisitions for that program and see how they are scoring.  Then find one person in sales who you trust to work with and validate the list.  If you can provide even one lead, then there's room to continue to make progress.  It's all about iterative improvements, not an overnight one-and-done change in process.
