I want to know how to call the marketo soap api using webhook to post to another marketo instance. I am stocked in encrytion key.

Do you want the leads and their related activities to exist in both instances? Is each Marketo synced to it's own Saleforce?

We have 2 Marketo Instances, if there is a exist lead in 1st instance and the "opt-in" field of this lead has been updated, I want to the value in the"opt-in" field of the 2nd Instance will be updated corresponding, if the lead is not exist in the 2nd instance, a new lead should be created in the 2nd instance.
