How to use the "Score Change " filter?

Does anybody know how to use the "Score Change (%)" filter?
I have this field in Salesforce, but it doesn't work if I try to use it in Marketo camapigns.

Do I need to send info there? 
For example, if a score is changed by +2 points do I always need to fill in that Score Change has changed in 2%?

I'm not seeing this anywhere and there was another thread that seemed to indicate this was also not working right.

So I'm not sure if it is specific to certain setups. I'd go with the Score Is Changed trigger/filter.
