How to use progressions to change status to Email Blast Opened

How do we had a new status to say Email Blast > Opened.  We have all the options ie Not in program, sent, clicked, registered, attended, downloaded, unsubscribe.  Is there a place where we can customize what the new status options are when creating a new campaing under the flow section.  Thanks

Hi Jessica,

Under Admin, if you go to Tags and click on Channels you should see Email Blast. Click on that and you can add the Opened step.
