How to use custom footer in email template instead of standard footer?

Hi guys,

My design team has made email templates with our own custom made footer, for responsiveness purposes.

My question now is, how do I make sure the standard footer isn't showing up any more? Do I need to make the email 'operational' instead? Or what is the best way to do this?

Thanks!

Hi,

The best way to do this is to go to Admin > Email and COPY the html/text in the first two boxes. Paste this into a text file for safekeeping.

Then replace that info with a dot or "." usually I try to match the html color to the template footer.

DO NOT use Operational for this issue.
