How to unsync' Marketo Campaigns to SDFC

Hello,

I haven't been able to find answer in the documentation. I have synchronized a Marketo campaign and now I have to unsynchronize it. Should I just need to select "none" in the sync' list or once a campaign is synchronized there is nothing you can do?

Hi Cecile, you should be able to go back to the sync list and select none as you suggested above. One issue that I've had with doing that in the past is then connecting it to another campaign, but I was successful when I went through SFDC instead of Marketo, I believe.

Can't you just delete the element in the Setup tab of the program?

I don't understand your suggestion... the setup tab of Marketo (there is nothing about sync there)

Yes, you can just unsync it. As Dory mentioned, if you resync it to another campaign and the status values don't match, you will have an issue and have to clean it up on the SFDC side.
