How to stop large sync?

Is there any way to stop a large sync?  We needed to sync about 20,000 contacts to salesforce to update a field but would like to stop the sync.  It is running right now.

Is it a batch campaign or trigger?

You can try to Abort the batch.

I'd call support and provide the direct link to the campaign.

We ran a Single Flow Action from a smart list.

It is a Single Flow Action directly from a Smart List.  It is not a big deal if it runs.  It just is taking forever.  I was going to cancel it if it was easy and try to figure out a faster way to update possibly via list import or something.
