How to setup Marketo and Saleforce to sync based on checkbox

Hello,

I'd like to setup my Marketo/Salesforce sync to only happen when a checkbox "Do not sync to Marketo" is unchecked.

Can someone help me understand how to set this up?

Do you want record level capabilities or system as a whole? The latter is there for you already via Disable Sync.

To set it up is easy:

Create the fields in SFDC on lead and contact. Let them synchronize with Marketo. Then log a ticket to support to have the filter enabled.
