How to set up an email alert for when an inbound lead fills out a form

What's the best way to set up an email alert in Marketo for when a lead fills out a Marketo form? I'd like to be able to set up alerts for myself and alerts for some staff, depending on the form.

    Thanks for the link. 

    We're using the same form for various content asset downloads (reports, brochures, etc.). Is it possible to set up a single email that's sent to the lead after they submit the form, which provides the link to the given asset? Ie. Can you add a token in the email so the URL of the asset changes depending on the asset the lead signed up for? Or, is it necessary to create a separate email and smart campaign for each content asset?
