how to send email in nurturing campaign?

Hi,

I have set streams in nurturing campaign, but don't know how to send the first email. Anyone help me?

There are several steps that must be complete before the first cast of the engagement program will deploy including activating content, setting the stream cadence, and adding people to the program.
