How to schedule a email to go now

hi

I am using Marketo and would like the user to be able to send an email (now -immediately) when there is an emergency?

I see that we always need a lead time of 15 mins for email to go out?

But
Can we configure a specific user to be able to send email on urgent basis?

If so where is that configuration?

thanks

-Sree

You can use Run Now on a batch campaign. Or you can trigger a trigger SC for a bunch of people (not ideal resource-wise).

There’s no user-level option beyond these.

However, I would question whether anything called “emergency” should be sent by Marketo in the first place. It’s a well-known marketing automation platform, with the occasional deliverability issues that entails. What kind of emergency are you dealing with?
