Hey Alexis, for the SFDC ID we have a secondary field (SFDC ID2) that is populated based on the SFDC ID so that we can get around the issue of not being able to find the SFDC Contact ID field in RCE.

Timeouts are going to be more challenging. Maybe bundle people or breakdown the timeframes?
