How to report on Channel Type Events and the Attendees of those Events w/o RCA

I would like to create a report of all Q1 Events that ran in 2018.

Roadblock: Adding a time constraint. Does anyone know of a way to pull such a report without RCA?

Channel Type: Event

Between: Jan 1, 2018 - March 31, 2018

Part II:

Who attended those events.

Total number of events in Q1, 2018

Total Number of Attendees in Q1, 2018

Hi Lana,

If you have an easy-to-use foldering structure in Marketing Activities, then pulling a Program Performance report and filtering with the Event channel(s) and selecting the top-folder level for those quarterly events would give you the total number of attendees if you're showing the Status columns (all in the report Setup). Another option would be to create two Custom Tags for your Programs: Quarter and Year, which are easy to add into Program Performance reports. Of course these don't retroactively apply to programs, but may be an easier approach moving forward. 

To see the actual people that attended, using a Smart List with a filter of 'Member of Program, Status is XYZ' would be able to show this information, which could be pulled for all events in a given quarter, or just for a unique event.
