How to remove a redirect rule

Hi,

I accidentally created a redirect rule for a page that has the same URL as the redirect rule.

As a result I get the error message on Google Chrome

"this web page has a redirect loop

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"

this has happened because originally the url I had finished with ".hmtl.html"

I then tried to change it so it was the normal URL followed by one ".html"

and now the page seems stuck in a redirect loop.

Anyone know how I can remove this redirect rule?

Thanks

Chris

Hey Chris - you should be able to delete redirect rules in:

Admin > Integrations > Landing Pages > Rules Tab > Delete

Can we set these rules to redirect after 5 seconds? I am not trying to correct a problem, so perhaps that is what the admin rules are reserved for, but I am trying to explore options -- for when a lead submits a form and are redirected to the 'thank you confirmation page' - after being on that 'thank you confirmation page' for 5 seconds, my team would like to send them to a specific page on our website that has more relevant information for them to continue to explore. I don't want to push them directly there, bc I feel the better user experience is to communicate that we have received their info and they should expect follow up soon.
