How to pull a program report to show tag values in a column

Hi everyone, does anyone know how to pull a report on programs which shows the program owner in a column? We currently have program owner set up as a tag. I can see in the program performance report that I can select each owner one by one but what I'd really like is to have the program owner tag value displayed as a column on this report. The goal is to provide a list of active programs to each owner so they can confirm which ones are good to archive. Thanks in advance for any creative solutions to this challenge!
