How to pull a field from the database into a UTM?

I am looking to create a utm that utilizes a variable to pull in specific information from a leads contact record in the database. I want to send an email out to 4 different segments and see what their engagement is like using google analytics. For example, I will send Email 1 to Segment A, B, C and D. I would then go into Google Analytics and and see under source, content, campaign, term etc. the segment information and what those users did.

Can anyone offer guidance on this? What would the utm look like? How would I structure this?
