How to prevent the SFDC Activity Metric ID field from syncing to Marketo?

The SFDC Activity Metric ID and Activity Metric Rollup ID fields are read-only, maintained by Einstein Activity Capture, and their permissions can’t be changed.  These fields are not needed by Marketo.  Is there another way to prevent them from syncing to Marketo?

Hi ​@ElliottLowe  You can make sure that the Marketo Sync user doesn’t have visibility to the fields, that should stop the sync.

Those fields aren’t available in SFDC field level security to change their visibility.

Gotcha - Just realized these fields are shared in our instances as well.  ​@PeeyushSachdeva  is right that maybe this is a request to SFDC Support to ask about.

Have you tried reaching out to Salesforce Support? They may be able to help determine whether these Einstein-managed fields can be excluded from syncing to Marketo or hidden from API visibility.
