How to pre-fill email address in progressive form during second visit?

Hi

We are creating a progressive form in which - 

First Time:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address

Second Time:

• Email Address
• Phone Number (Progressive Field)
• Company Name (Progressive Field)

Is there a way in which I could have email address prefilled when the person visits the second time??

We are using Marketo form as well as LP for testing purpose but would like to move it to our website during implementation.

It would be great if someone could tell us how to implement prefill in a progressive form.
