How can I obtain the lead info for displaying a thank you page with the lead name?

Victor, you can call tokens on landing pages either via the Rich Text Editor, or in the HTML if you know what the token is called. The first name should be something like {{lead.First Name:default=Friend}}.

If I want the email it should be {{lead.Email}} ?

For most orgs, I believe it's {{lead.Email Address}}. You can find a comprehensive list of tokens if you click the brown token icon in the rich text editor.
