How to make the lead status and lead rating visible to the Marketo Sync User profile within Salesforce

I am attemping to set up my Marketo correctly and not all the ratings for our leads are showing within Salesforce.  They are showing Rating 3-6 but not 1 and 2.

Aimee, can you provide a bit more detail about your problem?  You mention Lead Status and Lead Rating, are these two separate fields?  Are you having problems with both fields?  The How to make a Salesforce field available in Marketo help article explains how to ensure that SFDC fields are synching with Marketo..
